Hello and welcome to the studio, my name is Donna and I specialise in women's health programs from Hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing, Fertility Hypnosis to Birth Trauma & even Menopause Yoga!! Delivering yoga classes to address women health issues.
You can work with me at the studio or online, which ever works for you and fits in with your schedule.
My training is Accredited by the Yoga Alliance and the Royal Collage of Midwives, so you can rest assured you are in safe hands.
